Senior Administrative Assistant for executive office-Provincial Government Agency.  We are looking for candidates that have previous OPS and administrative experience within an executive office or ADM office.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities would be the standard admin duties such as:

  • Logging all incoming/outgoing mail
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages for the CEO
  • coordinating inter-unit activities
  • working closely with the Executive Assistant and CEO to ensure proper coordination of materials, briefings in preparations for meetings, conferences, special projects and following up as required
  • composing and typing routine administrative correspondence and other material as may be required
  • managing the records management function within the office


Qualifications

Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
