  • Answering phone calls, working with a Voice Over IP system.
  • Booking board rooms and ensuring board rooms are set up for meetings.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.


  • Must have previous Reception experience.
  • Must have strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • A post secondary diploma in an administrative field is an asset.
