- Answering phone calls, working with a Voice Over IP system.
- Booking board rooms and ensuring board rooms are set up for meetings.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
- Must have previous Reception experience.
- Must have strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- A post secondary diploma in an administrative field is an asset.
