Receptionist-Assistant for well established commercial property management firm.
Responsibilities:
Receiving calls and visitors; issuing visitor badges, maintaining a visitor log.
Receiving and forwarding mail and courier deliveries; preparing waybills for courier shipments.
Monitoring and re-stocking office supplies.
Setting up and refreshing boardrooms for meetings.
Providing relief assistance to administrative staff as required, including word processing, filing, data entry, additional administrative support functions.
Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant office experience.
Experience operating a switchboard.
Proficiency in MSOffice including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Polished and professional demeanour and phone manners.
Strong customer service focus.
Professional maturity and the ability to work independently and manage own time effectively.
