Responsibilities:

  • Processing full cycle payroll duties
  • Preparing payroll journal entries
  • Reconciling and submitting RRSP
  • Performing payroll tax submissions and remittances
  • Maintaining payroll records
  • Handling internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Performing Human Resource administrative duties as required

 

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of proven experience in payroll administration
  • Knowledge and experience with Avanti software is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
  • Ability to exercise critical thinking and work independently
