- Accurately enter, process and balance payroll
- Process and balance payroll expenses, deductions and adjustments
- Responsible for the distribution of all pay statements, ROEs and forms as required
- Provide support to the Controller
- Other administrative tasks as required
- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in full cycle payroll processing
- Post-secondary Education in a related field
- Canadian Payroll Association designation is an asset.
- General knowledge of Canadian employment law, payroll legislation and accounting principles
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
- Demonstrated experience working with ADP
