Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Intake and response to high volume of membership inquiries and maintenance of membership information
  • Provide leadership to a team of support staff, and be responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, performance management and professional development of the team
  • Ensure service level targets are met
  • Support department manager in the implementation of policy, regulatory compliance and budget management
  • Act as administrative or customer service back-up for members of their team as required


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate Degree (Masters Level) in relevant discipline (legal and/or regulatory)
  • 7+ years of comparable customer service and administrative management experience within a regulatory association/public service provider
  • 5+ years of team management experience
  • Proven track record of strong client facing service experience
