  • Draft routine correspondence, motions, undertakings and refusal charts
  • Create correspondence and documents from ACL;
  • Open and close files;
  • Organize and maintain files;
  • Transcription
  • Enter dockets into Lighthouse;
  • Save/file correspondence in Time Matters;
  • Photocopy/scan/fax correspondence and documents



  • 3-4 years of experience as a legal assistant;
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Abode Acrobat;
  • Familiarity with databases would be an asset (Concordance, Casemap, Summation, Time Matters and ACL);
