  • Responsible for performing full cycle recruitment for administrative and/or junior level positions
  • Provides recruitment support to Senior HR Business Partners for senior level and/or professional positions
  • Will be screening resumes and handling administration of files
  • Create position descriptions and job postings; selection criteria; pre-screening and interview questions, testing and references
  • Prepares offer letters, responsible for HR records and HR data analytic reports
  • Provide advisory support by responding to employee and management inquiries and general HR policy and program questions
  • Manage disability claim process that will include initiating claims, follow up with all parties on claim status and return to work plans
  • Coordinate Health and Safety and AODA Committee Work and project activities


  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years’ experience in human resources or equivalent
  • Certificate in Human Resources Management an asset
  • Experience with HR information, talent management and e-recruitment or ATS systems
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast pace work environment
  • Advance verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skill
