Reponsibilities

  • Providing human resources administrative service
  • Managing calendar and email for management and/or team members under general guidance
  • Scheduling of meetings, and review, flagging and prioritization of email messages
  • Setting appointments and following up on action items
  • Assisting with preparation of reports and presentations by compiling, proof reading, formatting, and printing materials
  • Responding to telephone, email and written inquiries
  • Performs other administrative tasks as assigned


Qualifications

  • Must have a University degree/college graduate diploma
  • Experience in an HR setting is preferred
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be dependable, organized, good decision making and judgement skills
  • Must have strong customer service skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast pace team environment with changing priorities
  • Must have proven ability to work independently
