  • Contribute to the validation and control of spend information
  • Validate and control of the completeness of hard and soft-copy Procurement contract files
  • Calculate the total dollar amounts (including taxes) for each contract executed within prescribed time period
  • Use AccPac to extract the spend information for all of the contracts executed
  • Reconcile the result of hard-copy dollar amount to the dollar amount that is extracted from AccPac report
  • Identify contracts that are inconsistent with information from existing invoices, hard-copy file, purchase order connection and is not recorded in AccPac
  • Validate spend information and completeness of hard and soft-copy files in the Finance Department to support the annual cost analysis process and enhance financial reporting controls


  • College Diploma or University Degree
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
  • Extensive experience with MS Office Suite – advanced skills with Excel
  • Advance proficiency in AccPac is required
  • Experience with system/application management is an asset
  • Understanding and familiarity with the day to day operations of the procurement and finance systems
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of spending analytics and ERP systems
  • Understanding of spend information and development of reports
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and records keeping of procurement files
  • Ability to handle sensitive data/information maintaining confidentiality
  • Proven time management skills, multi-tasking and the ability to successfully handle multiple project priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
