Position responsibilities include updating and maintaining spreadsheets in MSExcel, data entry, filing, photocopying, some accounting administration using AccPac, tracking inventory, purchasing administration, support to accounts payable.
Qualifications: Fast and accurate data entry skills, strong MSExcel skills, superior attention to detail and aptitude for precise, methodical work, ability to manage multiple priorities and manage own time effectively, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate and follow up with a wide range of internal and external contacts to ensure information is complete and accurate. Post secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration preferred.
