Executive Assistant to CEO – Government Agency
Job Type: Temporary/full time hours
Executive Assistant to support CEO of provincial government agency. Responsibilities include calendar management using MSOutlook, documents preparation using MSWord, Excel and Powerpoint, digital and hard copy records management, attending and minuting some meetings, receiving and screening calls and requests to the Executive Office, administrative support to the Board of Directors including collating and distributing briefing materials in advance of meetings, assisting with scheduling and other coordinative Board support tasks as required.
Looking for 3+ years of comparable experience, advanced written and verbal communication skills, advanced MSOffice proficiency, excellent interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of stakeholders, excellent judgement, professional phone manners and demeanour to represent the Executive Office.
