Responsibilities include schedule management, committee support including preparation and distribution of agendas and scheduling meetings, updating information on the website, managing all administration for the office site including purchasing, arranging for services, vendor contracts administration, documents preparation including spreadsheets, reports and presentations in MSOffice, preparing and distributing minutes, drafting correspondence, responding to stakeholder inquiries.
Qualifications include 5+ years of progressive experience in a responsible administrative role; advanced MSOffice proficiency including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, strong written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with supporting Board committees and senior level executives, strong research skills, strong attention to detail and time management skills, ability to work in a confidential environment requiring excellent judgement and professional discretion.
