District Administrative Assistant to provide support to management team, branch office of Provincial Government Agency.
Responsibilities:
Preparing reports on MSExcel.
Preparing correspondence.
Filing.
Responding to inquiries, both external and internal.

Qualifications:
Excellent, professional communication to deal with staff at all levels of seniority and the general public.
Strong math skills.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize in a busy, fast paced environment.
Proficiency in MSWord, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
Takes pride in being pro-active, self directed and customer service focused.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
