Bilingual Data Entry Operator required to support a data information migration project for a Federal Government Office in Downtown, Toronto.

Responsibilities:

  • Search and locate relevant MS Word and MS Excel documents
  • Will identify information that require to be migrated
  • Retrieve the correct record in the interim system
  • Copy and paste information from the documents into the correct fields
  • Performing data searches; recording and analyzing the results
  • Verify that relevant information was correctly copied over to the correct fields and records

Qualifications:

  • Must have a secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Advance fluency in French and English is required
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office software tools such as Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
