Customer Service Agents to return and follow up on inbound inquiry calls, provincial government agency, downtown Toronto
Job Type: Temporary, initial 2 month term
Hours: Must be available to work minimum 36.25 hour week, scheduled shifts will be between Saturday and Sunday; 7 am to 7 pm; overtime may be required.

- Customer Service Agent to return telephone calls from general public, providing FAQ information from scripted resource materials.
- Perform data entry into CRM system.
- Will re-direct some calls to other response queues as required.
- Will perform other related clerical duties as required.
- Will follow up with callers to request or provide additional information as required.
- Superior fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate clearly with individuals at all levels of communication ability.
- Ability to grasp and relay program information acquired through training (training is provided) on specific program content and procedures).
- Ability to identify and convey appropriate scripted information as required.
- Able to deal with potentially irate or distressed callers.
- Pleasant and professional phone manners.
- Ability to respond efficiently to high volume of calls and messages.
- Ability to enter information accurately and quickly into a CRM database system.
- Ability and commitment to work positively and cooperatively in a busy team environment.
- Sense of public service and willing, helpful and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible and overtime hours as required.
