Reponsibilities

  • Preparation of documents.
  • Keeps the team apprised of issues.
  • Develops and maintains electronic and hard copy files and records systems.
  • Works with and collaborates with the PM team to complete project items as assigned.
  • Participates on internal planning groups.
  • Other duties as required


Qualifications

  • Business or Office Administration program.
  • Five years administrative experience.
  • Previous experience coordinating contracts.
  • Experience in project coordination.
  • Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Pro with a working knowledge of Information Management Systems such as SharePoint, etc.
  • Bilingual communications skills are an asset.
