Responsibilities:

  • Research, obtain and provide information and reports by searching through information systems and files
  • Ensure that information is only released when proper external/internal authorization for release has been obtained
  • Receive incoming telephone calls, correspondence and Client informtion requests
  • Receive authorization to release information and refer Clients to appropriate areas for additional information
  • Compose correspondence for responding to and following up on requests for reports/information utilizing a variety of software packages, proofreading and distributing as required
  • Provide a variety of administrative duties including faxing, photocopying and collating documents
  • Assist with various assignments and research projects as requested
  • Develop knowledge of Client service standards and applications to ensure Client requests are dealt with in a timely, courteous and accurate manner

Qualifications:

Excellent language and verbal communication skills to explain or clarify policies and procedures

Written communication skills to respond to Client requests for service and information

Superior Interpersonal skills, reasoning and problem solving skills are required to respond to on-going Client requirements

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
