Case Triage Officer-Client Service Representative-Provincial Government

Job Type: Temporary/initial term to 6 months

Hourly Rate: $25/hr – $30/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to new clients to assist them in the onboarding process and ensure that they understand the program
  • Receive and respond to service requests and provide support to program clients through telephone and email

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional client service skills and proven experience working with the public
  • Strong computer skills including the ability to learn an in-house information management system
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, professional telephone communication skills
  • Excellent evaluation, problem solving and analytical skills, organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced team environment
