Compensation: $30.84 per hour to $34.69 per hour.

Regular Work Hours: 7.5 work hours per day not including unpaid .5 hour lunch break and an additional .5 hour in unpaid breaks, to be worked during regular business hours, Monday to Friday (37.5 work hours per week).
Work Location: Currently remote-based.
Responsibilities Summary:
Provide business analysis and project coordination services for strategic organizational projects such as new programs or operational solutions, as well as performing data compilation and analysis in support of projects and ongoing business operations. Prepare reports and recommendations for decision makers.
- Extract, collect, compile, and analyze data such as membership or enrollment metrics and program performance indicators from various systems.
- Create business cases, collecting information from vendors and other stakeholders to support recommendations.
- Perform project administration and coordination. Maintain project plans, coordinate working groups, and secure project resources, including subject matter experts and external software vendors.
- Track and report on project metrics including KPIs, success criteria, and targets. Develop and maintain relevant dashboards and reports. Coordinate and provide administrative and technical support to project meetings.
- Identify and build out technological solutions, such as automated workflows, online application processes or software algorithms. Monitor processes to identify gaps, weaknesses or inconsistencies and provide solutions.
- Additional business analysis or project coordination responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline.
Professional Credentials: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation.
Preferred Work Experience: At least 3+ years of professional experience in business or data analysis.
Technical and Language Skills Requirements:
- Proficiency with standard office administration software.
- Expertise in utilization and application of database software.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, including expert level business writing skills, strong technical writing skills, and effective verbal presentation skills.
Task -Based Qualifications and Additional Attributes:
- Sound understanding of data management methodologies including data mining, data migration, data integrity review, quality auditing and data mining.
- Proven ability to analyze and present data to present concepts, and create business cases and stories supporting decision making.
- Experience coordinating meetings, drafting minutes/action items, and synthesizing input from stakeholders.
- Demonstrated record of professional conduct and character. Responsible, reliable and works to deadlines.
- Pleasant and courteous: demonstrated commitment to client service and professional representation of the organization.
- Proven ability to professionally handle confidential information and exercise good judgement in the interpretation and application of instructions and organization policy.
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently, collaboratively, and in an advisory capacity, and liaise effectively with a wide and diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to apply project management principles, methodologies and best practices.
- Strong relationship management skills including client and vendor relations management, business networking, negotiation, change management and consulting/advisory skills. Excellent listening skills, and the ability to provide and receive effective feedback.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada, providing satisfactory documentation upon request.
- Ability to work remotely, abiding by organization health and safety policies.
- Ability to declare personal Non-Conflict of Interest in execution of assignment responsibilities.
- Provision of certification of AODA and OHSA online training course completion prior to assignment start.
