- Answer all incoming phone calls.
- Schedule service calls to the designated customer site.
- Solve customer problems or escalate issues to the Service Dispatch Supervisor.
- Open and monitor work orders to process requests through to billing.
- Update and maintain customer information.
- Communicate with customers in English and French
- High School Diploma required and Post Secondary Education and Asset.
- Ability to work between the hours of 7am-7pm Monday- Friday.
- Bilingual in both French and English
- 2 years’ related work experience.
