Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a home textile company

Compensation: $40K per annum plus benefits

Responsibilities:
•    Provide product knowledge to all customers
•    Process orders, contracts and returns
•    Identify and address any customer service inquires
•    Answering inbound and outbound calls
•    Ensuring accurate customer information within the database
•    Collaborate with stakeholders on new products, services and policies

Qualifications:
•    Must be Bilingual (English/French) with strong oral and written communication skills
•    1+ years of experience in customer service
•    Knowledge of SAP and basic accounting principals
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word & Excel)
•    Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
•    Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills
