Bilingual French-English Administrative Assistant to support executive team, financial services firm, downtown Toronto. Must have complete fluency in French and English, written and verbal.

As part of an administrative support team, support executives in both the Toronto and Montreal Offices
Act as primary contact for the team for receiving and responding to requests in French
Scheduling meetings, internal and external
Coordinating client events
Preparing correspondence, presentations and reports using MSOffice Suite
Act as primary contact for all administrative requests to the department
Maintain databases, spreadsheets, other information and records management systems
Maintain relationships with wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Must have at least 3 years previous experience supporting an executive, including schedule management, travel arrangements, special events coordination, documents production (correspondence, presentations, reports), coordination of client communications material, records management, special projects as assigned.
Must have advanced business writing skills in French and English, strong MSOffice proficiency, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Post secondary degree or diploma. Excellent opportunity with leading employer, central downtown location near subway.
