Reponsibilities

  • Provide record management support that will include filing, scanning and batching
  • Will be receiving original records and retrieving files as requested
  • Maintain storage and set up file list
  • Will me maintaining income and expense folder
  • Preparing physical files for the archival storage including boxing, labeling, and data entry
  • Providing information regarding file status, closing process, and client’s discharge forms
  • Assist in other administrative task as required


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • No minimum years of experience required
  • Organizational skills to organize workload
  • Good communication skills to speak effectively with staff and other third parties
  • Interpersonal skills to deal with team members and staff
  • Good computer skills using Microsoft Outlook & Word
  • Ability to move heavy boxes that could weigh up to 75lbs
