Responsibilities:

  • Advanced word-processing using MSWord; performing version comparisons and complex revisions to large documents
  • Maintaining documents management system; address books, calendars; creating time entries
  • Creating expense reports
  • Scheduling and travel arrangements
  • Receiving calls for partner and associates and taking messages
  • Additional clerical and office support functions as required

Qualifications:

  • Reliable and punctual; must be able to work 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Post secondary education
  • At least 5 years of comparable administrative support experience supporting senior level professionals
  • Excellent typing skills at 50+ wpm
  • Strong Adobe Acrobat editing proficiency
  • Expert level MS Word
  • Strong MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Overall strong technical aptitude
  • Superior communication skills, written and verbal; professional demeanour
  • Excellent organizational, follow up and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; proven ability to work well in a collaborative work environment, manage multiple requests and priorities
