  • Provide administrative and clerical support to a manager
  • Will prepare and produce a range of materials including reports, forms, spreadsheets, presentations and general correspondence.
  • Complete statistical reports, preparing correspondence, filing
  • Responding to inquiries and communicating with other agency offices


  • Must have knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Must possess good mathematical skills
  • Strong organizational skills to establish priorities, co-ordinate and carry out responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet Explorer are expected.
