Reponsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for Leasing Law Clerk (primary)
  • Assist in preparation of leasing documents; preparation and revision of legal documents and correspondence
  • Prepare, track and circulate temporary agreements, memos, reports and other correspondence
  • Provide administrative support for the Legal Department, as required
  • Distribute paperwork internally daily and send out leases and other agreements to tenants
  • Set up and maintain lease files and list of files
  • Prepare invoices to tenants for the Legal Department
  • Docket entries for 2 law clerks
  • Provide other administrative support to the Legal Department as required


Qualifications

  • Intermediate-Advanced level of Microsoft Word and Intermediate Excel
  • Advance proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Excellent keyboarding skills with high level of accuracy
  • Excellent proof-reading and attention to detail is key
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake multiple tasks
  • Ability to take direction but also to work under pressure and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
  • Strong initiative and energetic approach to all tasks
