Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day administration support to the department
  • Handle calendar management
  • Attended meetings and take minutes as required
  • Assist in some basic bookkeeping matters
  • handling routine communications
  • maintaining office records and filing system
  • provide other related administrative duties


Qualifications

  • Diploma in office administration from a recognized college required
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a health care environment required
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology required
  • Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping required
  • Experience in taking minutes of meetings required
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Advance verbal and written communication skill
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects with strict deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in a team environment
