An Investment and Planning firm located in the Mississauga area is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team in this full-time permanent role.

- Providing administrative support for two investment advisers.
- Account opening and maintenance.
- Answering incoming calls from clients and suppliers.
- Maintaining reception area- greeting clients.
- Responsible for making bank deposits.
- Running accounts payable once per month.
- A post secondary education is an asset.
- Experience using QuickBooks.
- Minimum 5 years’ working within the financial services industry.
- An understanding of financial products such as- mutual funds, RRSPs, RRIFs and TFSAs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
