  • Manage payables and receivables for multiple entities
  • Process expenses for employee reimbursement as well as payments to vendors
  • Maintain accuracy in the ledgers of multiple entities
  • Assist in preparation of the quarter end financial reporting
  • Compile inter-departmental reports related to expenses
  • Reconcile intercompany balances and monitor cash balances of service entity and performing weekly liquidity analysis
  • Assist the financial reporting team with various ad hoc projects as required


  • University student majoring in Business Administration/Commerce with a focus on Accounting
  • Advanced experience using Excel. (i.e. VLOOKUP, IF function, Pivot tables, etc.), PowerPoint and Word
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast pave work environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
