Account Clerk required for healthcare-related organization located in downtown Toronto.
Job type: Temporary (initial term 6+ months)
Work location: onsite in organization with strong healthcare protocols
- Select, compile, verify and process data from various sources
- Prepare and verify billings, receipts, invoices and purchase orders
- Ensure timely distribution of requisitions and reports
- Complex data entry from wide variety of sources including records, spreadsheets, reports, charts, etc.
- Proofreading, transcription and editing of documentation
- Other clerical duties as required.
- 1+ years experience in healthcare related field
- Completion of post-secondary education
- Proficient with MS Office, and superior ability with Excel.
- Working experience with SAP preferred
- Strong verbal/written communication ability
- Organizational and time management skills to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to perform routine work independently.
