Job Description: 

Project Lead required for a Government employer. Responsibilities include developing project plans, project proposals and statistical financial plans. Contribute information and make recommendations to strategic plans. Monitor progress and review all technical, financial and professional aspects of project. Develop risk assessment and risk reduction programs by evaluating and interpreting data. Analyze and measure various risk reduction programs by evaluating and interpreting data. Plan, collect, analyze and interpret data by verifying for accuracy and consistency. Communicate high level of technical ideas and concepts to internal staff and manager. Coach project team members and deliver clear communication and consulting skills. Give clear directions for team members by indicating duties, tasks, goals and responsibilities. Must possess Bachelors’ degree in Economics, Business and related studies. Must have previous project management and leadership experience. Must have the ability to manage project resources in financial, material and human. Must have knowledge of statistical and socio-economic analysis methods. Must be able to develop risk assessments and risk reduction programs. Must have excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with various clients and team.
