Job Description: 

Opportunity for an Legal and Executive Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to a Legal Director for a Provincial Government employer in Toronto. Responsibilities include receiving phone calls, transferring calls and taking messages. Monitoring incoming emails. Handling correspondence such as drafting letters and documents. Coordinating the Executive agenda by scheduling travel arrangements and business meetings. Assisting with implementing projects and attend company meetings. Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing information. Filing and photocopying confidential documents. Ideal candidate must have previous Legal and Executive Assistant experience. Must be a seasoned administrative professional with excellent judgement. Must have strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
