Job Description: 

Financial Analyst required to provide financial expertise to Provincial Government employer. Responsibilities include preparing accurate financial reports. Preparing daily and monthly reconciliations. Analyzing reports and address discrepancies to manager. Managing and posting to general ledger. Maintaining databases by analyzing and interpreting data. Assisting with revenue and expense forecasting. Assisting with variance analysis. Assisting staff with other duties as required. Ideal candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or Accounting Designation. Must have previous experience with accounting principles, budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting and business planning. Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle IFIS software.
