Job Description: 

Opportunity for an Executive Support Coordinator for Provincial Government, providing executive support services to an Assistant Deputy Minister. Responsibilities include planning and managing the Assistant Deputy Minister's calendar and schedules. Processing correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinating administrative activities such as reviewing emails and addressing urgent matter. Processing invoices for payment through financial systems. Monitoring financial data and updating data in financial systems. Providing support on office software packages and computer systems. Providing human resource services such as preparing recruitment files and documents. Assisting with other administrative functions as required. Ideal candidate must have previous Executive Support Coordinator or related field experience. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must have excellent problem solving skills. Must have excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
