Job Description: 

Excellent opportunity for an Executive Secretary to provide administrative support for C-Level Executive, Provincial Agency-full-time permanent, with benefits. Responsibilities include coordinating Executive's calendar and daily schedule. Preparing and reviewing documents, letters, reports and spreadsheets. Assisting Executive with correspondence and briefing notes. Managing high volume of appointments and events. Responsible for coordinating meetings and make travel arrangements. Organizing meeting rooms and prepare presentation materials. Ensure Executive is well prepared for meetings and presentations. Responsible for taking minutes in meetings. Ideal candidate must have at least 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Senior Executive. Must have thorough knowledge of administrative processes and procedures of an executive office. Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines. Must have excellent organizational, time management, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
