Job Description: 

Compensation and Benefits Administrator required for Regulatory Organization employer. Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day processes of benefit programs and ensure programs comply with laws and regulations. Implement benefit plans and manage new plan enrollments. Process daily benefits and oversee the maintenance of employee benefits’ files. Collect necessary data from employees and enter on the system. Update employee records and monitor employee attendance reports. Coordinate employees’ leaves of absence and process benefit claims or requests. Collaborate with the accounting department for payroll payments and deductions. Ideal candidate must possess a completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field. Must possess minimum 2 years’ experience in Compensation or Benefits Administrator field. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
