Job Description: 

Administrative Support required for Government employer. Responsibilities include providing secretarial and administrative practices and procedures. Handle various administrative practices and procedures. Use Microsoft Office and database software to prepare reports, memos and documents. Coordinate and organize executive’s calendar and schedule. Update filing system and retrieve information from files when needed. Maintain management records system and keep records up to date. Facilitate meeting arrangements such as arranging meeting times for committee members, rooms and catering. Prepare meeting agendas and supporting materials for distribution. Schedule and organize meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for executives and managers. Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment. Ideal candidate must have previous administrative support experience, administrative practices and procedures. Must possess strong problem solving and decision making skills.Must have experience in using OCMS on-line system. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must possess strong organizational, time management, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
