Job Description: 

Administrative Coordinator with extensive experience in a Senior Executive Office required for a Provincial Government Agency. Will be providing administrative support to senior management with managing and coordinating the activities of all support staff. Will be managing calendar and meeting materials. Assesses, establishes, implements and maintains office procedures, standards, schedules and priorities. Assist with implementing and managing new/revised administrative policies/programs for all staff. Ideal candidate must possess experience supporting senior executives and managing calendar and meeting materials. Must possess a Post-Secondary Education in related field. Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment and can manage change quickly and efficiently. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
