Job Description: 

Opportunity for Admin Assistant for Provincial Agency in Downtown Toronto. Responsibilities include; Open, organize and log incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Respond to incoming calls. Compose and prepare correspondence and email messages. Administer 'bring forward' systems. Create, monitor and administer tracking systems. Support the work of the Senior Business Consultant in meeting all corporate requirements. Order stationary and office supplies and coordinate processes for tracking and usage. Book meetings for management staff, including making arrangements for venues, travel and accommodation, teleconferencing, videoconferencing, etc. Provide Information Management (IM) and Recorded Information Management (RIM) support. Successful candidates must have; knowledge of administrative service principles. Experience with the methods and practices of government/ministry administrative policies. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and SharePoint. Good research skills. Reasoning, evaluative and problem solving skills. Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
