Administrative Assistant-Human Resources-Government <HR4>
Administrator Assistant-Human Resources required for a Provincial Government Agency. Will responsible for coordinating, tracking and maintaining information that reports on recruitment using a variety of software applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, MS Project). Updates and maintains a variety of tracking spread sheets to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date. Coordinates the recruitment selection process by contacting candidates to invite them to participate in the selection process, coordinating accommodation requirements from candidates, and advises them of the outcome of a competition. Proctors selection tests by providing testing instructions to candidates, printing tests, managing the time of the tests. Coordinates the panel interview process by preparing interview packages, scheduling meetings with panel members, booking meeting rooms, gathering and entering interview scores, coordinating personnel screening process, coordinating the release of decline letters and ensuring competition files are filed accordingly. Ensures all recruitment competition files, documents and databases are updated accordingly. Supports responses to candidate inquiries in a professional and timely manner, while building trust and establishing credibility. Ideal candidate must possess a Post-Secondary education. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills. Must possess advanced knowledge of Excel, Word. Must be organized and have high attention to detail. Must be able to learn quickly and work well under pressure. Must be able to work independently and be exercise good judgement.
