Job Description: 

Administrative Assistant required Government employer in Toronto. Responsibilities include providing day-to-day administrative assistance to Senior Manager. Preparing correspondence, memos, reports and presentations. Maintaining office supplies and order supplies as required. Maintaining electronic filing system and retrieve files and relabel files. Handling sensitive and confidential information. Coordinating schedules and make travel arrangements as required. Assisting staff with other administrative duties as required. Ideal candidate must have previous Administrative Assistant experience. Must have knowledge of general office procedures. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environemnt. Must have strong organizational, time management, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
