Job Description: 

Seeking for an Administrative Assistant for a Provincial Government office downtown. Will be providing administrative and secretarial support to the Managers and the staff. Responsibilities will include preparing and composing correspondence, memos, reports and presentations. Maintains inventory of office supplies, order office supplies as requires, maintains filing system and prepare mail and courier materials, makes travel arrangements, schedule meetings and arrange conference calls. Will coordinate branch schedule and coordinate unit activities with other units. Draft standard correspondence such as briefing notes, memos and letters. Must have the ability to learn new internal software and processes. Must have advance MS Office proficiency such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
