Administrative Assistant-Government <AA9>
Administrative Assistant required for a Provincial Government Agency. Will be supporting a busy manager and a team of lawyers. Providing a superior level of administrative support. Developing and managing schedules on a daily basis, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and booking conference calls. Maintaining departmental daily operational workflow. Sorting and processing incoming mail, as appropriate. Setting up and maintaining filing system and filing documents, as required. Maintaining database and assisting with preparation of weekly and monthly reports. Coordinating team events as required. Ideal candidate must possess experience dealing with senior employees, as well as a minimum of 2 years of office experience in an administrative support role. Must possess a Post-Secondary education. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills. Must possess proven time management and organizational skills. Must possess advanced level computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
