Administrative Assistant with recent work experience with SharePoint is required for a Provincial Government Agency. Responsibilities include providing reception relief, administrative tasks such as booking meetings, travel arrangements, scheduling, maintaining paper and digital filing systems and electronic database. Ideal candidate must possess experience working with SharePoint. Must possess administrative support experience of minimum 1 year. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Applications. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must possess the ability to multitask and perform under pressure and tight deadlines. Must be organized and possess strong attention to detail. Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
