Legal Secretary with Civil Litigation experience required for a Provincial Government Agency. Responsibilities include using Summation and coding disclosures and other duties as may be required Ideal candidate must possess 2 years of Civil Litigation experience. Thorough knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure required. Must have strong technical skills using Microsoft Office. Must possess experience using Summation software. Must possess experience coding disclosures. Must possess strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must possess the ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize and multitask, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and a team player.
