Job Description: 

Legal Assistant with Residential Real Estate and Wills and Estates experience required for a Law Firm located in Toronto. Responsibilities include preparing various documents, maintaining legal files and briefs, drafting motions, answering telephone calls, responding to incoming correspondence and assisting lawyer with any additional duties as required. Ideal candidate must possess a post-secondary education. Must posess a minimum of 2 years' experience working with Wills and Estates. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills. Must posess proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
