Legal Assistant-Real Estate-Full Time <L10>
Legal Assistant with commercial real estate experience needed Full time for a Toronto law firm. Will be supporting 3 law clerks with responsibilities, which include transactions from start to finish, preparing and drafting legal documents, billing, correspondence, reporting, preparing accounts, routine conveyancing documents, and clearance letters. Review and cleanup of lawyers’ dockets, scanning and organizing documents. Other administrative tasks as required. Ideal candidate must possess minimum of 3 years’ of real estate experience, worked for a real state clerk or lawyer would be a valuable asset. Must have working knowledge with Conveyancer and Teraview. Must have excellent attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
