Job Description: 

Opportunity for a full-time permanent Legal Assistant to provide legal and administrative support for a well-established Financial Firm employer in Toronto. Responsibilities include typing and managing legal agreements and documents. Preparing correspondence and meeting materials. Preparing legal material for Board meetings. Responsible for filing, faxing, photocopying and scanning. Responsible for scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements. Assisting with projects as required. Ideal candidate must have at least 3 years' of Administrative Assistant. Legal experience is an asset. Must have successfully completed post-secondary education. Must have strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
