Opportunity for a qualified Legal Administrative Assistant with social media expertise for a financial services employer, downtown Toronto.  Excellent introductory position for new graduates with initial office experience and superior technical skills. Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance and clerical duties such as answering phone calls, filing documents and mailing. Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, travel and accommodation arrangements for senior management. Photocopying clear and complete copies of legal documents and document books. Handling legal documents and distribute them as directed. Maintaining case management system and file system. Providing excellent social media expertise on publishing content. Executing social media strategies by conducting thorough research. Creating text, image and video content for social media platforms. Editing, generating and publishing content daily on various social media platforms. Ideal candidate must have post-secondary education related to legal administration. Must have previous administrative experience. Must have strong social media expertise (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). Must have excellent business writing skills. Must have strong typing, organizational and time management skills. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
