Job Description: 

Opportunity for a full-time permanent Law Clerk to provide legal services for a well-established Financial Firm employer in Toronto. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing law sources. Gathering case materials by collecting, organizing and summarizing information. Assembling and preparing legal documents for attorneys. Preparing trial briefs, exhibits, subpoenas, evidence and motions. Maintaining confidential records and other legal documents. Assisting in other duties as required and assigned. Ideal candidate must have at least 3 years' of Law Clerk experience. Must have successfully completed post-secondary education. Must be a graduate of the Associate Level Program from the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario. Must have strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
